How does the free next-day delivery work?
Every month, on the date you joined, we'll email you a single-use code for free next-day delivery. Each code lasts 30 days and is valid on UK orders. Codes can't be carried over, combined with other offers or exchanged for cash.
How do I get early access?
When new pieces are ready, members get an email with a first look before they're released on the website. Keep an eye on your inbox: the best pieces tend to go quickly.
How do I use VIP sourcing?
Visit our Sourcing page or reply to any of our emails with what you're looking for. Mention you're a member and your request goes to the front of the queue.
Can I use the £20 code with other offers?
The £20 welcome code applies to your first order of £100 or more, can be used once and can't be combined with other discount codes, including LAUNCH5.
How do I leave?
Click unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, or email info@chicarchive.co.uk. Your details are removed from our mailing list straight away.
